Break In Offences At Sunshine Coast

Police have charged a man following investigations into multiple break in offences across the Sunshine Coast.

It will be alleged between 22 June and 3 September, the man unlawfully gained entry to multiple properties in Pacific Paradise, Twin Waters, Buderim, Beerwah, Mountain Creek, Bli Bli, Mooloolaba, Kuluin, Moffat Beach, Maleny, Maroochydore, Woombye and Yandina.

It is further alleged quantities of gold and jewellery were taken from some of these properties and sold on to a gold buyer.

A 28-year-old man has been charged with 28 offences including 15 counts of enter dwelling and commit, eight counts of enter dwelling with intent by break, and five counts of fraud.

He is due to face Maroochydore Magistrates Court today, 7 September.
