Brigham Earns Another 'A' for Patient Safety in Fall 2021 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade

BOSTON – Brigham and Women's Hospital received an 'A' in the fall 2021 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade, released today by The Leapfrog Group. This highest distinction acknowledges the Brigham's top-level commitment to protecting patients from harm and offering the safest health care.
