Police have arrested a man after a stolen truck was tracked from Brisbane City to Laidley overnight, March 26.
It will be alleged, around 12am, officers were notified that a 2021 Fuso truck had been stolen from Queen Street, Brisbane City.
Officers initially tracked the vehicle near the Western Freeway at Jindalee before it continued travelling towards Ipswich.
As a result, milk products fell from the truck and onto the roadway along the way.
The truck continued through Amberley, Walloon, and Rosewood before a tyre deflation device was successfully deployed at Laidley.
The vehicle came to a stop a short time later at Mount Berryman Road, near Whipbord Lane, where 31-year-old Tara man was taken into custody around 2:25am.
No further details are available, at this stage, and investigations into the incident are ongoing.
