Due to Covid-19 and the current restrictions in place, the invitations for this years' service will be issued on a tier based system. The tiers will be determined by maximum numbers of people allowed to congregate in Bangkok according to CCSA regulations. As the numbers of people allowed to congregate change there will be a corresponding change to the tier level. The current tier will be displayed on the website. Registration is only via
