Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Brock Haris.
Warrants have been issued for the 40-year-old's arrest in relation to a series of burglaries, theft and drug related offences.
Haris is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, Southbank and St Kilda areas.
Investigators have released an image of Haris in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Haris is described as Caucasian with short brown hair, 180cm and a thin build.
