'Bruce Munro: Tropical Light' mentoring opportunities for tourism operators

The TerritoryGovernment continues to invest in the arts and tourism industry to create jobsand economic opportunities for Territorians.

As partof the Territory Labor Governments $103 million Turbocharging Tourismstimulus package, tourismoperators have the opportunity to obtain mentoring assistance in thedevelopment of tour and product offerings to make the most of Bruce Munro:Tropical Light which will feature eight illuminated sculptures from localartists placed throughout the Darwin CBD over a 2.5km art trail.

The exhibition will runfrom 1 November 2019 until 30 April 2020 and attract visitors to Darwin andlocals to the CBD during the Top Ends traditional off-peak tourist season.

To create the bestpossible visitor experience, Tourism NT is looking for dedicated tours andproducts to support the exhibition such as connecting an existing tour productto the art trail, packaging accommodation with Tropical Light themed menuitems, partnering with a restaurant or venue, or additional supportiveideas.
