Carlisle Homes Pty Ltd faces two charges under section 23(1) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act for failing to ensure that persons other than employees were not exposed to health and safety risks.
It is alleged the company failed, so far as was reasonably practicable, to reduce the risk of structural failure of the incomplete timber housing frame during the delivery of roof trusses.
The matter is listed for a filing hearing at Melbourne Magistrates' Court on 8 February 2024.
