Council has undertaken a process of review of building sites to inform builders of the obligations in relation to cleanliness, litter etc. These matters are only escalated where the initial phase of discussions does not result in the appropriate rectification. Council will look at all times to utilise education and non-regulatory mechanisms to provide the protection of the broader community and amenity issues.
