Bundaberg Emergency Alert Issued Tuesday Morning

An EMERGENCY ALERT has been issued at 8:15am Tuesday 10 March, 2026 by the Bundaberg Local Disaster Management Group.

This is a FLOOD WATCH AND ACT message from the Bundaberg Local Disaster Management Group. Burnett River Inundation at Bundaberg to 7.0 metres levels are expected on 10/03/2026 at 3pm, rising to 7.5 metres overnight.

People in Bundaberg North, South, Central and East should PREPARE TO LEAVE. Stay up to date with information via ABC radio on 100.1 FM, or disaster.bundaberg.qld.gov.au. Stay up to date with the latest warnings from the Bureau of Meteorology via bom.gov.au. For flood assistance, contact the SES on 132 500. In a life-threatening emergency, dial Triple-Zero (000).

For assistance with a life-threatening situation phone Triple Zero (000) immediately.

For assistance with non-life-threatening situations - such as help with a damaged roof or storm damage - phone SES on 132 500.
