Burwood With Lot

Box Hill police seized over $40,000 worth of illegal vapes and nicotine pouches in Burwood early on Wednesday morning.

Checks on the vehicle revealed the Mercedes had a suspended registration.

Police pulled over the vehicle and discovered the driver's licence was disqualified.

Officers seized a large quantity of illegal vapes and nicotine pouches with an estimated street value of over $40,000.

A 24-year-old Carnegie man is expected to be charged on summons.
