Bus driver assault at Hallett Cove - do you know the suspect?

Police are investigating an assault on a bus driver at Hallett Cove, and have released CCTV images of the suspect, according to SA Police.

About 8.50pm on 6 July, the male suspect boarded the bus at stop 53 on Qualio Avenue, and did buy or validate a ticket.

When the bus driver told him he had to buy a ticket, the suspect assaulted the driver and left the bus.

The driver did not receive any serious injuries.

The suspect is described as being aged in his late teens to early 20s, about 175cm tall and slim build. He was wearing a grey zipped hooded jumper, dark-coloured pants and red shoes with white soles with a black Nike backpack. He also had a distinctive bandage on his left hand.
