A. Background
UNESCO and Ninh Binh People's Committee have collaborated to implement the project "Promote Quality Heritage Tourism in Trang An World Heritage Site". Within the framework of the project, a contest of "Telling Heritage through Painting" is organized to improve the local students in primary and lower-secondary schools on Outstanding Universal Values of the heritage site, heritage conservation and development. It also aims to encourage the engagement of youth and children in art creativity and cultural expression in different ways.
In order to campaign for and deliver effectively messages of the contest, as well as improve the public awareness on heritage preservation, UNESCO is seeking a service provider to produce communication products for the contest's and the project's activities.
B. Assignments
Under the coordination of the Senior Project Assistant and acting upon the supervision of the Chief of Culture Sector at UNESCO Hanoi Office will provide quality communication products with printed messages and images as the design provided by UNESCO with specifications as following:
1. For the fieldtrip of making video and mentoring program:
1.1. 150 Tote bags:
Size: 32*38cm; Design:, 3 color printed; Color: White; Material: Canvas; Technique: Silk screen printing with environmentally-friendly ink (sample)
1.2. 150 T-shirts:
Form: Round-neck T-shirt; Material: Cotton; Color: Maximum of 4 colors used; key message printed.
1.3. 150 Paper name tags:
Size: A6 (100*150mm); Paper: 350 gsm
Printed lanyards.
1.4. 150 sketch books:
Size: A4; Number of pages: 60; Paper: 120gsm with a variety of mediums, from pencils to charcoal.
1.5. 02 Standee banners (included flex portable aluminium roll up standee)
Size: 0,6m * 1,6m
1.6. 200 Caps:
With the project name and all related logos printed; material: khaki textile
2. For Award Ceremony
2.1. 17 selected photos transferred from paintings for Gallery walks (100cm*70cm)
Material: Formex; Thickness: 5mm; Size: 100*70cm
2.2. Invitation letters: designed based on UNESCO provided images.
Size: A5 (130*210mm)
2.3. 30 Award Certificates
Size: A4 (29.7*21cm), Paper: 250 gsm, matte lamination printing
2.4. Design Agenda papers based on UNESCO provided images.
Size: A4 (29.7*21cm)
3. Ensure the legal rights of all materials used for the production of the documentary film, including but not limited to: images, music, sounds, softwares; and the compliance with the UNESCO standards and principles in IP rights, gender equality and culturally sensitive approach.

D. Contract Duration:
The assignment is expected to take place within 10 weeks, during April - June 2021.
