Members of the Committee shall serve in an independent, non-executive and personal capacity for a three-year term, renewable once. The OAC will meet two times a year.

UNIDO is committed to promoting gender equality and the empowerment of women. Qualified female candidates for the Committee are strongly encouraged to apply.

Individuals formerly employed by UNIDO cannot apply unless at least five years have lapsed since the termination of their employment or contractual relationship with the Organization at the time of submission of the expression of interest.
