Call for nominations - WA Board of Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

Health practitioner member and Community member

In accordance with the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (WA) Act 2010, the Minister for Health of Western Australia seeks nominations from suitable people residing in Western Australia for the following vacancies arising in 2023 for the WA Board of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (WA NMBA):

  • one qualified and registered health practitioner member, and
  • two community members.

The WA NMBA is established by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (National Board) and functions to support the work of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) and the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme to ensure the community has access to a safe health workforce.
