Northern Territory Police are appealing for information in relation to an alleged arson yesterday evening.
A black 2010 Audi A3 convertible two-door sedan was reported stolen from a home in Gillen sometime after 5:30 pm on Sunday 26th August, 2018, Northern Territory Police say.
The vehicle was later located on fire approximately 1 kilometre east of Emily Gap around 6:30 pm.
Detective Senior Constable Nick George of the Alice Springs Serious Crime Section said "Investigators are calling for witnesses that may have seen this vehicle driving from the Gillen area and along the Ross Highway between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm yesterday afternoon"
"We’re also asking for any persons who may have CCTV or dash-cam video in those areas to contact police,"
