Can You Help - Incidents In Bellevue And Koongamia

Midland Police have charged a 41-year-old man after an alleged incident that occurred in Bellevue on Sunday, 8 February 2026.

It will be alleged about 8.15pm, the man committed an alleged obscene act whilst at a bus stop at the intersection of Clayton and Henkin Streets.

The 41-year-old man from Wooroloo has been charged with 'Obscene Acts in Public' and appeared in court on 9 February 2026. He has been remanded in custody to next appear before the Midland Magistrates Court on 16 February 2026.

The investigation is ongoing and officers wish to speak to anyone who saw any suspicious person or suspicious activity in the below areas around the times listed.

• About 6pm on Clianthus Way, Koongamia.

• About 6:20pm on Banjine Road, Koongamia.

• About 7:40pm near the intersection Croydon Street near Ruby Street, Bellevue.
