Caulfield Divisional Response Unit officers arrested a 55-year-old man following the execution of a drug warrant in Bentleigh East yesterday.
Police executed a warrant at a Bethwyn Street residence about 10.15am and allegedly located more than 70 cannabis plants and a large amount of cash.
The Italian National was arrested at the scene and charged with traffick, cultivate and possess cannabis, and possess proceeds of crime.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court today.
