Whitehorse Crime Investigation Unit detectives with assistance from the Drug Taskforce discovered a cannabis crop in Blackburn North this morning, Victoria Police say.
Investigators executed the search warrant at a house in a residential street about 8.40am.
Police located a large amount of cannabis which was being cultivated using stolen electricity.
Twenty-eight plants were seized weighing approximately 150kg
The house was unoccupied at the time and no arrests have been made.
The investigation is ongoing.
