Cannabis grow house found at Panorama

Acting on a tip-off, police located a cannabis grow house at Panorama yesterday morning and are making inquiries to identify those involved.

Southern District Police searched a house in Springbank Road, Panorama on Tuesday 4 October and located a sophisticated hydroponic cannabis set-up across multiple rooms.

An examination by the Office of the Technical Regulator revealed the power at the premises had been bypassed.

Police dismantled the set-up and seized 113 cannabis plants, ranging from juvenile to large mature plants, and a large amount of prescribed equipment.
