Heathcote Police are investigating the theft of a Centurion boat and Mackay boat trailer in Derrinal that occurred earlier this month, Victoria Police say.
It is believed the boat and trailer were stolen between 1 July and 7 July.
Police have been told the boat was parked in the rear yard of a property in Lakeside Boulevard, when a chain securing the trailer was cut and both were towed away.
Police have released an image of the boat, registration GW 6914, and trailer, registration P44430, in the hope that someone will recognise them.
Anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the incident, or with any information, is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
