Car crashes into house at Prospect, SA

A 52-year-old Broadview woman was allegedly six times over the legal limit when she crashed into a house overnight, according to SA Police.

Holden Hill police attended Warren Avenue, Prospect just after 2am Sunday 17 September after a car had collided with a house. Police tested the driver for alcohol and she returned a positive result, police will allege that the result was 0.312. The driver was reported for drink driving and aggravated drive without due care. She was issued with a 12 month instant loss of licence and will attend Adelaide Magistrates Court at a later date.

Thankfully no-one was injured as a result of this collision and only minor damage was caused to the house.

Drivers are reminded that police can breath test and drug test any driver or motorcycle rider at any time of the day or night, anywhere in the state.
