"While we can't offer a delicious breakfast on the day due to it being online, we are encouraging businesses to pay it forward, and support a local business by purchasing a coffee or snack before settling into the virtual event," Cr Owen said.
"Now more than ever, we need to continue to support local, shop local and buy local."
