Carols in Park - Stallholders Expressions of Interest

Save the Date - Carols in the Park 2023

The City of Burnside Carols in the Park event is a free family event that will take place on Friday 8 December from 4.30 pm in Hazelwood Park, followed by a free outdoor movie night.

What we are looking for

If you have a food truck, good quality product or stall that is well presented, we would like to hear from you. We are seeking stallholders to attend the City of Burnside Carols in the Park event on Friday 8 December.

All stallholders, at their cost, must hold current public and products liability insurance cover to the value of $10 million and ensure that all their equipment has been tagged and tested.

There is no cost to be a stallholder at the Carols in the Park event and stallholders keep 100% of their profits made.

Selection of Stallholders

Interested stallholders will be asked to complete an application form which will be assessed by our Events team. We know that there are often a large number of suppliers out there offering the same thing. We review all our applications individually across a range of criteria, and take into account product quality, stall presentation and experience. We know there is no advantage in having too many of the same type of vendors - we want variety as much as you want a fair chance to have successful trade.

Applications

Stallholder applications are now open and will close on Friday 6 October 2023.

Please read the Carols in the Park Stallholder Terms and Conditions(PDF, 84KB) prior to applying.
