Winnipeg, Manitoba - On May 4, the Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Finance and National Revenue, will visit the Winnipeg Canadian Forces Base where he will highlight the government's federal investments in the defence sector announced in the government's Spring Economic Update. The Minister will also meet with the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce, where he will address the business community, outlining key highlights in Spring Economic Update 2026. A fireside chat will follow.
