Detectives from the Major Collision Investigation Unit have charged a woman following a fatal collision in Bulleen earlier this year., Victoria Police say
An 87-year-old Bulleen woman was today charged with dangerous driving causing death following the collision between a car and a mobility scooter on Thompsons Road on 8 March.
An 86-year-old man, who was riding a mobility scooter, was taken to hospital where he later died the same day.
She has been bailed to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Friday 13 July for a filing hearing.
