Charges follow Traralgon fatal crash

Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives have charged a woman following their investigation into a collision that claimed the life of a motorcyclist in Traralgon earlier this year.

It is believed a car was making a right-hand turn from Miles Street onto Liddiard Road when it collided with a motorcycle on 18 June.

The rider, a 32-year-old Traralgon man, died at the scene.

A 52-year-old Rowville woman, who was the driver of the car, has been charged with dangerous driving causing death, drive in a manner dangerous, careless driving and fail to give way at an intersection - give way sign.

She was bailed to appear at Latrobe Valley Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 18 November.
