Charges following Berwick incidents

Casey Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged ten people following a theft and home invasion yesterday, Victoria Police say.

It is alleged a number of offenders entered a house on Michelle Drive just before 2.30pm, stealing a gaming console and a mobile phone was stolen from a fast food restaurant on Clyde Road a short time later.

Eight males have been charged with aggravated home invasion and theft;

-An 18-year-old Narre Warren man charged and remanded to appear in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court today.

-A 16-year-old Cranbourne boy charged and bailed to appear in a children’s court at a later date.

-A 15-year-old Cranbourne boy charged and bailed to appear in a children’s court at a later date.

-A 15-year-old Cranbourne North boy charged and bailed to appear in a children’s court at a later date.

-A 15-year-old Pakenham boy charged and bailed to appear in a children’s court at a later date.

-A 16-year-old Cranbourne boy charged and bailed to appear in a children’s court at a later date.

-A 14-year-old Cranbourne boy charged and bailed to appear in a children’s court at a later date.

-A 15-year-old Pakenham boy charged and bailed to appear in a children’s court at a later date.

A 13-year-old Hampton Park boy and a 16-year-old Narre Warren South boy will be charged on summons with theft related offences.
