Police have arrested and charged a 27-year-old man following an alleged hit and run that occurred in Browns Plains on Saturday morning, April 6.
It will be alleged at approximately 12.15am, a 30-year-old man was struck by a silver 4WD along Browns Plains Road near Coronado Street.
He was transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
Following investigations, police located and arrested a 27-year-old Kuraby man in north Brisbane on Saturday night, April 6.
He has been charged with one count each of assault occasioning bodily harm, acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm and common assault.
He is expected to appear at Beenleigh Magistrates Court today, April 8.
