Devonport Detectives have today charged an 18 year old Devonport woman with causing injury with intent to cause bodily harm, Tasmania Police say.
The charge relates an incident that occurred about 7.30pm on Tuesday 21 February 2017 on the Forbes Street overpass at Miandetta.
The woman will appear at the Devonport Magistrates Court at a later date.
A 24 year old Devonport woman involved in the incident is reported to be in a critical condition in the Royal Hobart Hospital.
The parties involved were known to each other.
Detectives wish to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have information.
