The male was alleged to have entered a business in Eaton armed with a knife and stolen a cash till.
Police executed a search warrant at an address in Moil yesterday afternoon and arrested the male.
He has been charged with one count of aggravated robbery.
He is due to appear Darwin Local Court on 13 June.
