Officers from the Drug and Organised Crime Division have charged a 41-year-old female with drug offences.
Around 2:00pm on Friday 30 November the female was apprehended driving a vehicle at Coolalinga. She was subjected to a roadside test she returned a positive result for methamphetamine, Northern Territory Police say.
Police conducted a search of the vehicle and seized $2470 cash, an ice pipe, digital scales, a taser, a mobile telephone and 7 grams of methamphetamine.
The female was arrested and conveyed to Darwin Watch House.
She was charged with:
- Supply a schedule 1 dangerous drug
- Possess a schedule 1 dangerous drug - trafficable quantity
- Possess tainted property
- Possess a prohibited weapon
- Drive with prohibited drug in body
- Drive unlicensed
She is due to appear in Darwin Local Court on 7 December 2018.
