Police are appealing to the public for information as investigations continue into the death of a young child who drowned at Chatsworth on 12 July.
Emergency services were called to a park off Gympie Curra Road around 10.40am following reports a 7-month old baby boy was located unresponsive.
The child was transported to hospital for treatment, however was declared deceased that night, 12 July.
Investigations into the circumstances of the drowning are continuing.
The mother and father of the child are assisting police with enquiries.
Police are appealing to anyone who was at the park off Gympie Curra Road between 9-11am on 12 July to contact police.
