It's Christmas time! Come and enjoy the festive season with a range of Christmas activities for the whole family in Wyndham.
Wyndham City Mayor, Cr Mia Shaw, said: "We know that many of our residents love Christmas time and enjoy the fun of the festive season as well as spending time with family and friends."
"Werribee City Centre will come to life with a hub of festive fun, where you can snap a photo with the Christmas Tree in Station Place and discover a gingerbread land where you can decorate your own gingerbread in Wedge St, Piazza."
"Christmas Twilight markets will bring Christmas cheer across Wyndham, with the opportunity to love your local and buy unique gifts from local makers and retailers."
"Browse the stalls with gorgeous gifts and local treasures, enjoy free family activities or grab a bite to eat; it's the perfect way to spend a Friday evening this summer," Cr Shaw said.
"The Christmas Twilight Markets will be held in three different locations across Wyndham every Friday from 4pm to 8pm across the festive season starting from the 28 November at Mambourin, then Hoppers Junction on 5 December and finishing in Werribee City Centre on the 12 December."
"Keep an eye out for Santa and his festive friends who will be making regular visits in the Werribee City Centre."
"It is a great opportunity to get into the Christmas spirit, bring the family along, grab a bite to eat, tick off some Christmas shopping and enjoy all of the entertainment on offer while supporting local businesses and the hospitality sector including our cafés and restaurants."
For some night time themed Christmas entertainment, come along to Movies in the Park on Saturday 6 December from 5pm to 8pm at Kelly Park, Werribee City Centre with a free outdoor screening Christmas favourite Home Alone 2! Bring the family along together with a picnic blanket and snacks to settle in and enjoy the movie.
To get into the festive spirit, Wyndham Cultural Centre will be hosting A Very Merry Movie Week with a week of Christmas movies! With all movies $5!

Wyndham Libraries have a range of free themed Christmas activities including Christmas themed Story Time and Rhyme Time sessions that will engage and entertain our younger residents with Christmas stories, songs and Christmas Card craft activities.
