Federation Council wishes to advise that water main upgrade works have commenced along Church Street Corowa.
At times, traffic delays may occur due to the construction works, which may also impact access to driveways. Federation Council will work with residents to ensure there is as little inconvenience as possible.
Due to the confined area of the works, Church Street (Spring Drive and Dock Street) will be closed to traffic from Monday 17 May to Monday 31 May, 2021. Church Street will remain accessible to local residents during this time.
Work will typically take place from 7:00am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. In some extenuating circumstances work may need to occur outside of these hours to accommodate the completion of the project.
Road work signs are in place to maintain a safe working environment for our staff, and for the safety of pedestrians and motorists in the area.
