The City of Perth has prepared a draft Local Planning Strategy. The Local Planning Strategy is one of the key guiding documents for the growth of Perth city over the next 10-15 years. It will provide the strategic basis for the preparation of the City of Perth's new Local Planning Scheme No.3 and planning policies.
The draft Local Planning Strategy has been certified by the WAPC and can now proceed to formal advertising for community feedback. The comment period has been extended, commencing on 27 January 2022 and concluding at midnight on 25 March 2022.
