Detectives from the Clandestine Laboratory Squad have charged a man after they located a clandestine laboratory in Glen Iris this morning.
A warrant was executed at the property on Edgar Street shortly before 7am.
Police located a clandestine laboratory along with chemicals and equipment used for manufacturing illicit drugs.
The 39 year-old Glen Iris man has been charged with;
• Possess articles for manufacturing;
• Traffick (manufacture) DMT;
• Traffick (manufacture) GHB;
• Traffick (manufacture) GLB;
• Traffic cannabis; and
He will appear at Melbourne Magistrates Court this afternoon.
