A Claremont couple is struggling to come to terms with the fact their life has changed forever after winning $2 million in the weekend's TattsLotto draw.

The Apple Isle residents held one of the five division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4607, drawn Saturday 13 September 2025. Each division one entry scored $2 million.

Tasmania has recorded 13 major lottery wins to date this year, amounting to a total of over $85 million. We are also continuing their search for a Launceston player who secured $2.5 million in TattsLotto draw 4605, drawn on Saturday 6 September 2025.

"Oh my god! You're not joking, are you?!" the winning husband questioned when we revealed the winning news.

"This is not a scam? You have to read out the winning numbers for me!

"Oh wow! It's a real shock.

"I'm here with my wife and we're absolutely over the moon.

"We will be in complete disbelief all day."

With a multi-million-dollar windfall about to boost their bank account, the generous grandparents said the prize would be shared with their nearest and dearest.

"We will share with the family and our grandchildren," he shared.

"Thank you very much! We can't wait to tell our children."

Their winning entry was purchased at Claremont Lucky Lotto & TSG Tobacconist, Claremont Plaza, Shop 17 35 Main Road, Claremont.
