Police are issuing a further advisory to media around two people charged over the gathering at Auckland Domain on Saturday.
The 60-year-old woman previously mentioned as appearing in court today will instead be released on Police bail to appear in court at a later stage.
The 63-year-old man is still set to appear in the Auckland District Court by audio visual link later today.
