Clayton cigarette burglary

Detectives from the Monash Crime Investigation Unit are appealing for information following a burglary in Clayton last month.

Investigators believe two men attended a service station on Centre Road about 4.05am on Sunday 24 January.

The pair smashed in the front doors and made their way to the cigarette cabinet where they used an angle grinder to gain entry.

The pair then stole cigarettes and left in a gold coloured sedan with stolen registration plates AKN-976.

Police have released images and CCTV of two men who they believe can assist them with their enquiries.
