Clifton Hill crook steals charity tin

Fitzroy police have released images following the theft of a charity tin from a lotto store in Clifton Hill in July., Victoria Police say

Investigators have been told a man entered the Queens Parade store about 2.20pm on Tuesday 12 July before leaving shortly after with a charity tin that was on the front counter.

It’s believed the pink pig money box contained several hundred dollars.

Investigators have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

He is described as Caucasian, about 178cm and aged in his mid 20s. He had dark hair that was shaved and an unshaven face.

He was wearing a black jacket, dark blue jeans and black runners.
