Coles announces new supplier platform to improve supplier experience and streamline ways of working

Coles has announced plans to transform its supplier experience with a new one-stop supplier platform making it faster and easier for suppliers to collaborate with Coles.

For thousands of Australian and international supplier partners working across the various Coles Group brands, the supplier platform will act as a single point of contact into Coles. It will enable greater levels of self service, standardisation and improved end-to-end experiences, with suppliers able to get a holistic view of their relationship and product performance within Coles.

The new platform will be powered by Salesforce, a global CRM leader, and leverage technology to transform how Coles collaborates with suppliers.

Coles Chief Executive, Commercial & Express Greg Davis said the new supplier platform will transform how Coles wins together with its valued suppliers now and into the future.

"Strong partnerships with our suppliers are integral to achieving our ambitions" Mr Davis said.
