Coles is bringing the comforting flavours of Christmas to the middle of winter, expanding its Christmas in July range this year to include limited-edition ham for the first time alongside festive favourites such as Fruit Mince Pies and easy entertaining solutions for a delicious mid-year feast.
Available throughout July while stocks last, the new Coles Pull Apart Ham with Smokey Maple Glaze ($25/kg) features slow-cooked pork in a sweet and sticky maple glaze that's ready to heat and eat. Customers can also enjoy the Coles Finest Free-Range Triple Smoked Leg Ham Portion ($17/kg), ideal for glazing at home. Both hams are available at the same price they were during Christmas 2025, helping customers enjoy a festive feast at great value.
To complete the meal, customers can pair their ham with crowd-pleasing sides including Coles Finest Frozen Duck Fat Australian Potatoes and Coles Finest Triple Smoked Ham & Three Cheese Croquettes.
To finish the feast, festive favourites including Coles Christmas Traditional Fruit Mince Pies (360g, $4.30) and Coles Christmas Apple & Rhubarb Pies (360g, $6.25) are back on shelves. The Traditional Fruit Mince Pies are launching at a lower price than this time last year and will remain available until Christmas, or while stocks last.
Coles Development and Innovation Chef, Michael Weldon said Christmas in July was the perfect excuse to gather around the table and enjoy the comforting flavours of the festive season.
"There's something special about sitting down to a glazed ham, crispy roast potatoes and festive desserts on a cold winter's day. Christmas in July is a great excuse to bring family and friends together and enjoy those classic flavours we usually only indulge in once a year," he said.
"This year we've expanded our Christmas in July range by introducing ham for the first time, making it even easier to create a delicious festive feast at home with minimal preparation.
"Whether you're hosting a traditional roast, sharing easy entertaining platters or finishing the meal with fruit mince pies, our range has everything you need to create a memorable winter gathering without spending hours in the kitchen."
The growing popularity of Christmas in July comes as social media interest in the occasion continues to rise, with TikTok searches for 'Christmas in July' increasing 38.3 per cent in the past month and the trend of hosting celebrations increases[1].
With more Australians embracing Christmas in July, Coles expects customers to enjoy festive favourites earlier than ever, after selling over million packets of fruit mince pies last year, with some varieties selling out well before Christmas.
Whether customers are hosting a festive dinner, sharing a meal with family and friends or simply enjoying a seasonal treat, Coles Christmas in July range offers a convenient and great-value way to celebrate the occasion.
