What's changing?
We'll be replacing our existing portal with a new system.
Why are we making this change?
Our current portal has reached the end of its lifecycle. The new portal will:
- Provide improved self-service functionality
- Allow 24/7 access for all users
- Enhance security through Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Verification of Identity (VOI)
- Better protect your personal information
What do you need to do?
No action is required right now. We'll keep you informed as we move closer to go-live, including:
