Commemorating ANZAC Day In Bayside

ANZAC Day commemorations across Bayside acknowledge service to our country in times of conflict - past and present.

Council buildings

All Bayside Libraries will be closed on Saturday 25 April. All online resources on the Bayside Libraries website and app will remain available and return chutes will also be open.

Our Maternal and Child Health Centres, and the Bayside Waste and Recycling Centre will also be closed.

Bayside Gallery will be open from 1pm - 5pm on Saturday 25 April.

Beaumaris RSL

This two-part event will be held on Sunday 19 April at different times and locations. The first part, the March, will assemble at Beaumaris Concourse Green on Reserve Road from 2pm. The service will start at 3pm at Beaumaris Memorial Community Centre Forecourt and Cenotaph.

If you are not marching, please arrive at the Beaumaris Memorial Community Forecourt and be seated before the arrival of the March at 3pm. Please do not cross the route of the March at any time and keep clear of the Saluting Base near the Beaumaris Art Group entrance.

The service will be moved indoors if the weather is wet.

Black Rock Sports Club

Black Rock Sports Club (home of Beaumaris RSL) is holding an ANZAC Day event, including an ANZAC Day Service starting at 1pm, on Saturday 25 April. The event will include a flag raising, oration, choir, a BBQ, football on the big screen, and more.
