This ground-breaking reform will improve workplace gender equality in public sector organisations, universities and local council.
From today, we'll begin meaningful progress on gender equality, including adopting policies to reduce the gender pay gap, improving access to flexible work and reducing rates of workplace sexual harassment.
Here are just a few of the actions we'll be rolling out over the next 12 months:
