Residents are being invited to have their say on a proposed development seeking to subdivide a significant portion of land in Crescent Head for residential development.
A development application was lodged with Kempsey Shire Council on 30 November 2021 and outlines a plan to establish 109 residential lots and one Council dedicated lot in an area of land to the west of the Back Beach access along Baker Drive.
Within the plans for the subdivision is the provision of water and sewer services as well as stormwater drainage facilities. The Council dedicated lot has been allocated for a public playground and park with larger native trees providing shade, shelter and attracting wildlife.
