Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Ethan.
The 18-year-old was last seen in Palmerston Street, Drysdale, about 9am on 10 February.
Police and family hold concerns for Ethan's welfare as he has a medical condition.
Ethan is described as having a solid build and has long brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a black tee-shirt, black shorts and was barefoot.
It is believed Ethan could be in the Drysdale, Geelong or Winchelsea areas.
Police have released an image of Ethan in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Ethan is urged to contact Bellarine Police Station on 5256 2698.
