Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager, Tahlia.
The 16-year-old was last seen in Box Hill around 11.30am on Monday, 7 November.
She is described as about 165cm tall, with a thin build, olive skin, pierced ears and nose, and blue/green dyed hair.
She was last seen wearing a school uniform, which includes a white long-sleeve shirt, dark grey pants and black Doc Marten shoes.
Police and family are concerned for Tahlia's welfare due to her age and a condition which requires treatment.
