Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Lysterfield South man Samuel.
The 19-year-old was last seen in Lysterfield South on 9 February.
Police and family have concerns for Samuel's welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
He is believed to be in possession of a Blue Pioneer hiking pack, a sleeping bag, and a red and black tent.
Police have released an image of Samuel and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Narre Warren Police Station on (03) 9705 3111.
