Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Nathan Elbourne.
The 16-year-old was last seen in Geelong on Monday 6 July about 10pm.
Police hold concerns for Nathan due to his age and length of time he has been missing.
An image of Nathan has been released in the hope someone may have information about his current whereabouts.
Nathan is described as Caucasian, about 160cm tall with shoulder length blonde hair, slim build and blue eyes.
He frequents Corio, Norlane, Whittington and Belmont areas.
Anyone with information about Nathan's whereabouts is asked to contact the Geelong Police Station on 5225 3100.
